Chevrolet Cheyenne

A big winner, the Cheyenne was an exceptional design that was composed of a very strong solutions, both in it's interior and exterior design themes. Supported with inventive and innovative functional attributes, it stood out for its quality of execution and harmony. It represented the visual brand character of Chevrolet Truck extremely well and is very well proportioned. The Cheyenne concept has a strong and robust presence that clearly enhances the Chevrolet Truck brand.

As a very well balanced design solution both inside and out, it received exceptional recognition by the EOD/Awards Judges, even though there were more concept cars than trucks.





Most Significant Concept Car Interior:
Mercury Messenger

The Messenger, a two passenger sport coupe, was a surprise that brought a great deal of attention to the Mercury brand. Althought the exterior had a well executed and fresh theme, the interior was exceptional. It had a very refined character of sporty elegance with just the right appearance combination of comfort and performance.





Most Significant Concept Car:
Cadillac Sixteen

This gun-metal blue Cadillac Sedan was a show stopper. With its long hood housing a beautifully presented sixteen cylinder engine, it was composed of exterior and interior themes that were pure vintage Cadillac. With contemporary execution, the huge wheels and dynamic proportion give it a stunning presence.





Most Significant Production Car Interior:
Audi A8

Continuing a much admired design tradition for industry leadership in interior design, Audi again has duplicated its exceptional design success. With outstanding ergonomics, graphics, attention to detail and harmony, the A8 is another outstanding example by Audi Design of its skill and capability.
