Faurecia, one of the leading Automotive Interior suppliers, is looking for talented and experienced Senior Designers for our studio in Germany.

We are developing and manufacturing interior products for the entire automotive market, in particular instrument panels, seats, door trims, center consoles.

Being part of a global network, you will participate in transversal efforts to generate world-class innovation. You will also be a major contributor for interior development programs, collaborating with internal and external partners. It is therefore essential to be sensitive to the consumer needs for specific brands within the relevant markets.

Leadership capabilities are as important as technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.

Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of the market, the industry and the product
- Drive and knowledge to ensure genuine innovation
- Five years or more experience in the automotive industry
- High level of internal and external networking capabilities
- Fluent in English (and the local language)
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written and graphical
- Digital software skills with: Painter, Alias, Photoshop and Illustrator
