Color & Trim Designer (m/f)

Within our international creative environment, we provide self directed and responsible work in our three design studios in Germany, Korea and in the USA.

In our European Hyundai design studio near by Frankfurt / Main, Germany, color & trim is an interface between design, marketing, engineering and production. We are looking for a highly motivated, creative color & trim designer to reinforce our well equipped European studio.

We are looking for individuals with the understanding of color trends combined with a great attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the development of color concepts as the ambition for the development of materials.

The responsibilities will include the implementation of new technologies and the coordination of suppliers within production projects. A good knowledge of production processes is required.

This position will involve the planning and executing of presentation setups (Photoshop) as well as computer aided 3D surface colouring activities. Strong communication and presentation skills would be a preference.

Ideally you will bring a degree in design or a related field coupled with 3 - 5 years work experience in an automotive color & trim department as well as passion for automotive design. Our corporate language is English.
