Membership Rules and Definitions

If you choose to use the Car Design News Membership service, you will be agreeing to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement between you and Car Design News Ltd.

Car Design News may change, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time, but if we do so, we will post such changes on the Service, or send them to you via email.

Car Design News may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, including the availability of any service feature, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the service without notice or liability.

Your Membership payment entitles you to Car Design News membership benefits, as defined by Car Design News, for a period of one year, and is not refundable.

The contents of the Car Design News service are intended for your personal, research or non-commercial use only. Car Design News content may not be reproduced for public or publishing use without the written consent of Car Design News Ltd.

All materials published on Car Design News (including, but not limited to news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, and video clips) are protected by copyright, and owned by Car Design News Ltd, or the party credited as the provider of the Content. Registration and Security

You are responsible for all usage or activity on your Car Design News account, including use of the account by any third party. You may not allow any third party to use your account. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account, at the sole discretion of Car Design News.
