EVA
Alexis Castellvi
The EVA motorcycle consisted of a design inspired by Japanese Manga and the world of robotics, and is aimed towards young 'nightriders.' EVA features an exoskeleton design and on-board fuel cells as well as an innovative front wheel drivetrain design that allows the front wheel full movement and suspension capabilities while having no center hub or spokes.
Ensemble
Sebastien Laneval
Designed for Athletes du Monde - a children of war rehabilitation organization - Ensemble would serve as the vehicle that would 'transport rehabilitation' to places that typical vehicles would have a very hard time navigating. Ensemble features a front storage compartment and a large canopy that would unravel from its trunk to create a sort of oasis tent of 'shade and happiness'. Under this canopy and due to the ability of the vehicle to carry a significant amount of sporting goods, children would be able to come together and have a safe haven.
Vita Nova
Laurence Vignon
Designed for the Silver Generation, people in their 60s and 70s who like to be active and who are still young in mind and soul, the Vita Nova features a fun, young design that pulls inspiration from modern architecture and advancements in technology. The Vita Nova features an asymmetrical design with one side being very simple and sporty, while the other side features an organic yet architectural, and technologically advanced body frame.
My Twin
Vanessa Schweitzer
Designed to be a future Renault Twingo, My Twin is very modern in its design while retaining the elements that were so characteristic of the original Twingo - the headlights and frontal features that almost created a 'happy face.' The outside of My Twin consists of a huge flexible display allowing the user to personalize the paint scheme of the vehicle whenever they want. At the same time these flexible displays would be able to capture solar energy to power them and the vehicle, and in certain parts of the vehicle the exterior would be one way windows - allowing the user to see out of the vehicle but giving the impression to onlookers that the vehicle had no windows.
This year's work shows greater orientation towards explicitly environmentally orientated designs than in previous years, and generally demonstrates an unusually high level of consideration and innovation within their conceptual design. This intellectual focus is central to how Creapole, and specifically the Transport Design Masters course, aims to differentiate itself from other institutions and car design courses throughout the world.
