There’s even more time to enter the People Awards for a chance to win recoginition within the car design industry 

Car Design News has officially extended the submission deadline for its prestigious People Awards to Wednesday, 16 July 2025, giving professionals across the global automotive design industry more time to enter.

The People Awards celebrate the individuals behind the vehicles — recognising outstanding achievements in exterior and interior design, UX/UI, leadership, and rising talent across OEMs, suppliers, and design consultancies.

This year’s awards feature an expanded list of categories and a refreshed judging panel made up of top design leaders and industry experts. The extended deadline provides entrants with additional time to prepare their submissions and ensure their contributions are given the recognition they deserve.

Car Design News encourages both peers and companies to nominate colleagues whose work exemplifies excellence in design. All entries must be submitted via the official Car Design News website before the new closing date of 16 July 2025.

Finalists will be announced later this summer, with winners revealed at the People Awards ceremony in November.
