Carolin Schütt is Lead Color Material Experience (CME) Design at MAN Truck & Bus, where she helps shape truck interiors as spaces for both work and living.
With more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, including roles at BMW, Ford and Forvia, she develops interior concepts that balance durability, functionality, sustainability and emotional brand experience.
Her work focuses on the intersection of materials, colors, lighting and digital touchpoints, creating coherent experiences that support the daily needs of drivers, whether driving, working, relaxing or sleeping in the vehicle.
A strong advocate for holistic design, Carolin believes that the future of truck interiors lies beyond traditional CMF and increasingly in CME: Color Material Experience, where physical and digital elements come together to create meaningful user experiences.
Carolin holds a degree in Transportation Design from Munich University of Applied Sciences and has received several international design awards, including Red Dot Awards in 2022 and 2023.
As a Corporate Influencer Award winner, she regularly shares insights on design, innovation and the visibility of women in technology and design.
