Watch: Geely design review of Cosmos Rhythmic Energy and Vision Starburst

The team at Geely take us deep inside their Shanghai design studio, and explore the key aspects of the Cosmos Rhythmic Energy and the Vision Starburst concept

Taking us deep inside their studio in Shanghai, the Geely design team talk through the Cosmos Rhythmic Energy and Vision Starburst concept – two models that made their international premieres at Car Design Dialogues Asia 2021. According the vice president of Geely design Guy Burgoyne, the cars are extremely important for the company as it looks to further develop its “Expanding Cosmos” design language.

As well as viewing the models in more depth than ever before, Car Design Dialogues was granted access to the third floor of Geely’s Shanghai design studio – an area that Burgoyne describes as “normally off-limits.” It is here that several sections of the wider design team come together to work on the most secretive projects.

Speakers:

Guy Burgoyne, Vice President of Design, Geely Design China

Huang Ning, Head of Creative, Geely Design

Elsa Zhang, CMF Design Director, Acting Interaction Design Director, Geely Design
