From giant touchscreens to subtle ambient lighting – Car Design Dialogues invites several design experts to talk about the enormous potential of embedding technology inside the car, and to discuss how various materials can be used to make it happen.
“We have the technology to put functions under the skin, but there is so much misuse in the cockpit,” says Thomas Bouveret of DS Automobiles. “So it is really difficult to control and define functionality and make sure it is in a suitable place.”
