Chery unveils Multi-SUV concept
Chinese OEM Chery revealed a seven-seater transformable Multi-SUV concept at the 2025 Chery International User Summit and Chery Brand Night in Wuhu, China.
The concept focuses on the concept of space freedom and introduces a flexible 6=1 seating formula, with six different interior and exterior combinations.
The seven-seater has a 2,900mm wheelbase, a dual-row pickup of 600 litres and off-road capability with 700mm wading depth.

Car Design Dialogues returned to Detroit
It was a triumphant return to Detroit for Car Design News, with Car Design Dialogues facilitating a host of conversations around automotive design.
Panels included ‘Design without borders: global minds, American identity’ which delved into how international creative leaders are shaping the future of US automotive design as well as a panel discussion on ‘American Muscle’, which touched on how designers are balancing heritage with reinvention.

Kia teases 2027 Telluride SUV
Ahead of the SUV’s debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show, Kia has released a selection of images teasing the 2027 Telluride SUV.
The teaser hints at a square shouldered, upright silhouette framed by thin vertical LEDs. The Rocky Mountains are captured in the triangular creases in the fenders, and the broad hood keeps clean, straight lines.

Porsche reveals GTS version of Macan SUV
The Macan GTS is an expansion of Porsche’s electric SUV line-up and marks the fifth variant of the Macan Electric and first Macan Electric to bear the GTS mark.
Design-wise, the new Macan GTS features black-painted details on the front, sides and rear as well as tinted Matrix LED headlights and a strongly contoured outer edge above the air blades. The side skirts now widen towards the rear, and the lower rear section sports a black trim and pronounced diffuser panel.
Inside, Race-Tex upholstery can be seen on the GT Sports steering wheel, the armrests of the centre console, door panels and the dashboard. Customers can also match the exterior and interior colours for the first time on the Macan Electric.
