‘What is new in Alias v2013?' Webinar to take place 15 August

The first Autodesk Webinar of the year is set to take place on 15 August, promising a fascinating insight into the software's new tools and functions. Register here to attend.

The first of four Webinars will be entitled ‘What is new in Alias v2013?' and showcases the capabilities of the company's latest software edition.

Tech specialist EMEA Nils Kremser of Autodesk will be presenting the 30-minute Webinar, and there will be 15 minutes of additional time at the end of the session to ask any questions that users may have.

The first subject in the Webinar of will be ‘User Interface, User Adoption'. Nils will then explain ‘Import & Export .edf (Icem Surf)'. The third theme will focus on ‘Modeling Functionality' while the fourth and fifth themes are ‘Small Bug' Fixing ("JDI"s)' and ‘IT Integration into PDM systems (Behind the Scenes)'.

Nils has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive and software industry with a key focus on surfacing. He has been working for Alias/Autodesk since 1998 and supports Automotive OEMs and suppliers in Europe.

Kremser is a certified Alias instructor and has trained designers and modelers in Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Seat, Skoda, BMW, Daimler, Ford, EDAG, Bertrandt, Johnson Controls, Opel, Renault, Saab, Volvo, Volkswagen Shanghai, Tata and Mahindra.
