”The Bronco went through quite a few iterations in its previous life, but I think the general concensus was that the first generation Bronco was the one that people loved the most, smiled the most when driving, and the one that people remembered,” says Moray Callum, Ford’s vice president of design. “There’s always a lot of pressure when bringing back an icon, but we have some experience with Mustang. The secret is to try and find the signatures that people recognise and pay homage to them… but use technology to bring them to life in a modern context. That’s what we did with the Bronco.”
